The Season of Getting Exactly What You Want

As the year closes out and all the holiday festivities come to an end, I wanted to take this time to thank you for your continued support and appreciation of GrapeFind. This was a vision of mine throughout my years of work in the wine industry and thanks to individuals like you, I’ve been able to make it a reality.

We’ve developed concepts for a better at-home experience throughout this past year which have made GrapeFind unique in the world of wine. Developed through the feedback of our amazing customers, these ideas will only continue to improve as the vision and scope of this company continue to grow. Just this last month we launched wine baskets for the holidays which opened us up to a world of people who otherwise would never have enjoyed the experience you enjoy every month. They were such a success that I’ve decided to launch them moving forward as a regular item available for gifts of all sorts.

With this month’s theme, I wanted to send each of you wines which, to me, represent the best examples of wine you enjoy. I’m presenting them to you as your own “New Years Party Poppers”. These are wines which embody your personal journey through wine with us that culminate to an ideal pairing for you as a wine drinker. They should shine like reflections of what I’ve come to understand as your preferences. So let’s break them open and see what delights are inside!

Let’s get this party started with the Inazio Urruzalo Txakoli de Getaria Ernio from the Basque Country in Spain. Here is a grape which is completely tied to its region, but delivers all the fruitiness, brightness, freshness and intensity which you love in your white wines. These wines show off a huge aromatic nose of stone fruit and citrus while representing those same flavors on the tastebuds. It brings everything in a white wine you love without holding back any punches. Add also that it has a slight effervescent style to ensure that it feels like a party in a bottle. Time to celebrate!

Not to be left out of the festivities is the Miros de Ribera Roble from Ribera del Duero also in Spain. You love Spanish wine, and you have also shown an affinity for the Tempranillo grape. This wine checks off both of those boxes. Enjoy the lush velvety fruits on this wine. The Ribera del Duero region is a prime example of cultivation of grapes to the ideal environmental conditions to get the most out of a varietal. These wines always represent the dark fruit flavors and aroma which are quintessential to great Spanish wines with layers of earth notes and new oak usage to round the finish. See if you can pick up on these elements in this wine.

These party poppers are the perfect wines for your taste profiles. Sure they can be paired with food but the reason I selected them for you was so you could simply “pop” them open and pour yourself a glass to enjoy.
