Feature: Sustainable, Organic, Vegan, Biodynamic

Country: Australia

Region: South Australia

Grape Profile: Viognier is one of the world’s most aromatic white grapes, best known historically from France’s Northern Rhône. Its classic profile includes apricot, peach, pear, honeysuckle, orange blossom, jasmine, ginger, and exotic spice. Unlike Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling, Viognier is generally lower in acidity and naturally broader in texture, which can make it feel rich even when completely dry.

Region Profile: South Australia is the country’s most important wine-producing state and encompasses a wide range of climates, elevations, and soils. Warm Mediterranean conditions allow varieties to achieve generous ripeness, while cooler sites and nighttime temperatures help retain freshness.

Pair with: Seafood, Poultry and Pork. Light fare food like salads and cheese boards of soft cheeses like camembert or a mild blue cheese.
