Yalumba Y Series Shiraz
A deep purple wine with a strong aromatic bouquet of blackberries, blueberries, and dark plums with notes of mocha, licorice, and spice. On the palate it offers concentrated flavors of ripe dark fruit, black pepper, and hints of cocoa. Yalumba Winery has been independent, family-owned winemakers since 1849. For six generations they have embraced the land and grow vines with as little interference as possible. They want to make sure that future generations will continue to make great wine with minimal intervention, for many decades to come.
