Volver Cuvee Old Vines Unfiltered

A deep cherry color with a red rim. On the nose, the aromas are of overripe red and black fruit, chocolate, smoked notes, and sweet spices from oak aging. The palate is a ripe‑fruit flavors of blackberry, raspberry, eucalyptus, anise, and roasted fennel. Bodegas Volver was founded in 2004 by Rafa Cañizares (together with Jorge Ordóñez). Over the years the estate has emphasized minimal intervention, traditional wine culture, and highlighting local terroirs.
