Tikveš Belo
This white blend pours a pale yellow with aromatics of green apple, white peach, floral notes, apricot, orange blossom, and a hint of spice. A refreshing palate balances fruit-forward flavors of peach, honey, and faint vanilla from oak. Founded in 1885, Tikveš Winery has witnessed the independence of the Balkans, two world wars and one cold one, yet through it all they have continued to make wines from grapes native to the region. With the assistance of Philippe Cambie they have modernized their cellar practices and sustainable farming has replaced industrial standards.
