Grape Profile: The blend consists of a combination of native grapes. Corvina & Corvinone provide body, structure and dark fruit flavors, while Rondinella adds softness and floral notes. Croatina adds deep color, dark berry fruit, and tannic weight, while Oseleta is prized for its very deep pigmentation, firm tannins, and intense savory structure. They go through the appassimento process of drying out the best quality grapes of each harvest to enhance the wine’s concentration and richness.
