Surrau Rosso Surrau Isola dei Nuraghi

Bright ruby with darker violet color draws you in to a complex bouquet of aromas of black cherry, blackberry, ripe plum, and red berries, layered with violet, black pepper, dried herbs, and subtle earthy notes. The palate presents fresh and savory flavors of blackberry, cassis, floral tones, with notes of herbs, and spices. Vigne Surrau is based near Arzachena in Gallura, northern Sardinia, where the Demuro family developed the estate around the Surrau Valley. Surrau Rosso holds particular importance because it was the first wine produced by the estate, originating from vineyards planted near the family’s historic stazzo farmhouse.
