This blend opens with aromas of black cherry, raspberry‑jam and dark plum, layered with soft vanilla, cocoa and subtle notes of herbs and cedar.  On the palate it delivers a medium‑to‑full body, smooth yet structured tannins, and flavours of bright raspberry, blackberry jam, dark chocolate and a hint of peppery spice. Stewart Cellars is the collaborative project by the whole Stewart Family. Together, the family oversees all aspects of the winery’s operations, and they work closely alongside acclaimed consulting winemaker Paul Hobbs to capture the signature environment of premier vineyards.
