Santa Barbara Winery Pinot Noir
This wine has a vibrant ruby color with inviting aromas of red cherries, cranberries, and a hint of rose petals. On the palate, it has a delicate balance of bright red fruit flavors such as raspberry and strawberry, combined with subtle notes of clove and vanilla. The wine is medium-bodied with silky tannins. In 1962 Pierre Lafond founded the first post-prohibition commercial winery in Santa Barbara County. In 1971, he purchased land in the western Santa Ynez Valley and began planting what is now a 95-acre vineyard.
