Rocca di Frassinello Vermentino Maremma Toscana

Bright straw-yellow with green reflections. The nose is fresh led by lemon, grapefruit, white peach, green apple, and delicate white flowers, with hints of herbs and sea-spray minerality. The wine is dry and crisp on the palate with flavors of white flowers, citrus, acidity, minerality, and salinity. Rocca di Frassinello is a modern Tuscan estate founded as a joint venture between the Italian winery Domini Castellare di Castellina and the French house Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). The estate is located on the hill of Poggio alla  Guardia near Giuncarico, and its cellar was designed by acclaimed architect Renzo Piano.
