Matthews Winery Cuvée Columbia Valley

Ruby colored with garnet highlights. The nose expresses black cherry, plum, and blackberry, layered with notes of violet, cedar, tobacco leaf, and baking spice. The palate is textured delivering ripe dark fruit supported by cocoa, graphite, dried herbs, and espresso. Matthews Winery was founded in 1993 and has become one of Washington State’s premier producers of Bordeaux-inspired wines. Based in Woodinville and sourcing fruit from some of the finest vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley, Matthews is known for emphasizing elegance, balance, and terroir expression rather than sheer power.
