Matthews Blackboard Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautiful notes of strawberry preserve, blackberries, cinnamon, cocoa powder, milk chocolate, and hints of vanilla bean. A full-bodied wine with well-integrated dry profile and balanced acidity. In 2008, the Otis family rescued Matthews Winery. Blackboard wines were sourced from two famed vineyards in: Conner Lee and Solaksen.
