Mariflor Malbec Mendoza
A deep purple color with aromas of intense black fruit, such as blackberries and blueberries, complemented by smoky, spicy and oaky notes. On the palate, it is silky and well-balanced displaying notes of ripe cherries, dark plums, hot chocolate, praline, and tobacco. Mariflor Malbec is produced by Bodega Rolland, owned by renowned French oenologist Michel Rolland and his wife Dany. The Mariflor vineyard, established in 1999, is situated at 1,100 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. The vineyard’s sandy-clayey, alluvial soils with deep pebbles contribute to the wine’s unique character.
