LIOCO Indica Red Mendocino County
From two historic Mendocino County Vineyards -- one with 70-year-old, dry farmed Carignan (93%); the other with 75+ year old Valdiguie (7%). The wine has aromas of blackberry, plum, and lavender, with flavors of dark berry, violet flowers, and spice. LIOCO is a love letter to California. The wines are simply a lens into the grand landscape. Matt and Sara Licklider and their team produce low intervention wines for special vineyards spanning 400-miles and five counties (Sonoma, Mendocino, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, and Yolo.
