A pale straw wine with ripe peach, Meyer lemon, tangerine, and white flowers, with touches of fig and fresh orchard fruit. on the nose. The wine is 100% whole-cluster pressed, cold-fermented in stainless steel, and aged for six months on its full fermentation lees leading to flavors of stone fruit with citrus and tropical fruits and floral notes. Lemelson Vineyards began as a dream to create a winery that celebrates innovation in technology, sustainability in agriculture, and tradition in winemaking. Eric Lemelson started his winery with the intention of building something that would not only serve consumers, but also the longevity of the pristine state.
