Domaine de la Tour du Bon Bandol Rouge
A dark garnet wine with aromas of black cherry, plum and red berry—alongside spice, herbs, leather, and a peppery lift. On the tongue the flavors are reinforced with black fruit, minerality, and spicy notes of black pepper and clove. Domaine de la Tour du Bon sits on a limestone plateau in the northwestern corner of Bandol, under the stewardship of Agnès Henry. The Hocquard family purchased the estate in 1968, and over decades, they built up the vineyards from scratch. The winery has embraced organic (and more recently, biodynamic) practices, striving to reflect purity and finesse.
