De Martino Legado Reserva Carmenere
A ruby colored wine with aromas of blackberries, black plum and black cherry, mixed with notes of roasted red pepper, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices. On the palate, it is bold with flavors of dark fruit, mocha, dried herbs, graphite, and black pepper. In 1934, Pietro De Martino Pascualone arrived in Chile from his native Italy and founded Viña De Martino in Isla de Maipo. Today, the 3rd & 4th generations of the De Martino family carry forth the family legacy. In 1998, De Martino embarked on a pioneering project to convert their traditional viticultural practices to 100% organic out of respect for the land.
