Chateau Pesquié Ventoux Quintessence Blanc

A luminous pale gold color with a floral bouquet and citrus zest. On the palate, it reveals stone fruits like apricot and peach with notes of honey and almond. This wine has a rich, creamy texture, balanced acidity, and a refreshing finish. Started 1989, Château Pesquié is comprised of 100 hectares of vines. Only organic treatments are used in the vineyard. The age of the vines ranges from 20 to well over 80 years old. All these conditions combine to create wines that are rich in fruit with remarkable balance.
