A deep garnet-ruby with aromas of blackberry, cassis, dark plum. As well as herbs, licorice, and subtle toasty oak notes. Full of flavors of ripe dark berries, graphite minerality, espresso and toffee. Bodegas Portia is the latest project from Grupo Faustino, established in 2010. It operates within the Ribera del Duero “Golden Triangle” and features vineyards in prime zones like Roa, Gumiel de Mercado, Sotillo, and Villanueva.
