Barboursville Vineyards Cabernet Franc Reserve

Deep ruby with garnet hues. The nose offers up black cherry, raspberry, and cassis aromas, with notes of violet, cedar, tobacco leaf, and cracked black pepper. The flavors deliver ripe red and dark fruit supported by hints of cocoa, dried herbs, graphite, and earthy spice. Barboursville Vineyards was Virginia’s first winery to be dedicated to European grape varietals, with a strong reputation for crafting Italian-inspired varietals that thrive in the state’s unique ecological conditions. Founded in 1976 by the Zonin family of Italy. Their sole winemaking endeavor outside of Italy.
