Argiolas Cannonau di Sardegna Senes Riserva

Its ruby-garnet color draws you in to a complex bouquet of aromas of blackberry, dried cherry, and plum, with herbs, licorice, leather, tobacco, and sweet spice. The palate presents concentrated dark and black fruits with notes of leather, cocoa and earthiness. Founded in 1938 by Antonio Argiolas in Serdiana, Sardinia, in the Trexenta hills just north of the capital of Cagliari. The winery has been a pioneer in promoting quality over quantity in Sardinian winemaking. Collaborating with renowned oenologists, the winery developed Turriga in 1988, aiming to create a wine that embodies the essence of Sardinian terroir.
