Alheit Vineyards Cartology Bush Vines
Pale straw wine featuring a nose offering pear , quince, lemon , and white peach, wrapped in notes of honeycomb, chamomile, lanolin, and citrus blossom. On the palate, the wine delivers a combination of orchard fruit, citrus pith, with notes of saline minerality, savory hints, and crushed stone. Alheit Vineyards was founded by Chris and Suzaan Alheit and has become one of the most important voices in modern South African wine. The estate is devoted almost entirely to old-vine white wines from historic dry-farmed vineyards across the Cape.
